1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an owner account or listing a property on NOKROOM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Owner responsibilities

• Provide accurate listing details, photos, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure you have the legal right to list and rent the property.
• Honour confirmed bookings and maintain the property as described.
• Complete KYC to enable verification and payouts.

3. Listings and review

Listings are subject to review and approval, and may be paused or removed if they breach our policies or applicable law.

4. Commission and payouts

NOKROOM charges a commission on bookings as shown in the platform. Payouts are made after commission and applicable taxes, subject to successful KYC.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting misleading listings, attempting to circumvent bookings or payments, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, NOKROOM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
